My avatar is a pic I just took, tonight. Those are my current birds. I will certainly post pics of the new chicks as soon as it happens.Hi and glad you joined us.
Silver grey dorkings are one of my three most favorite breeds.
They are calm and friendly, they are a somewhat slow moving bird which i think makes them more likely to be picked off by a preditor. If you can keep them in a safe coop and run it will be better.
they have a unique gait which i think has to do with the extra toes.
My other favorites are speckled sussex and turkens.

My coop is a full-on building, and I do have a fully fenced yard for then. (Including a top) I like in full forest with all the predators.
