Aaaw!! So cute!! I think ducks are adorable, too! Why do you think they are ugly? If you don't mind me asking.

Well his got really odd coloring, look at his beak it's got two different colors, his feet are the same way, his body is small and his head and beak are enormously... His fur or fuzzy is long and greasy looking, hasn't turned fluffy and it doesn't appear as if it will.. Should I bath him???

I guess... lol maybe because there feathers are water proof, when they get soaked it takes longer for them to dry.
