Whoohoo!!!
At first I thought my neighbor put a banty egg in the nest box, it was just lying there in the first nest box! But it's brown, and her banty hen lays white eggs. I think it was my Cinnamon Queen who laid it, this morning she didn't leave the coop, I thought she might be hungry (I feed them in the morning), but she didn't eat.
I still can't believe it, after all the posts on everyone waiting on their eggs!

My SF is about 20 weeks old, the EE and GLW's about 18 weeks. I had to count because somehow I thought they were all 20-22 weeks by now.....Maybe that was wishful thinking or old age or pure stupidity (actually I think a combination of all) I think one of the GLW's is younger than the other 2...they are supposedly the same age but she was smaller for a long time, her comb and wattles are still less developed and are not red yet. The SF's wattles are just getting redder. I know some breeds are laying later but waiting is getting harder ......

Hope you get some eggs soon! Sounds like they are ready.
