My first egg hatched and there is a cord attached to its bum and is still attached to the egg. In the egg is a small whitish membrane thing. What do I

Do not pull it off. Leave it be. It will dry out and detach.

Ok. Someone said the white in the egg might be his stomach I’m hoping he will make it

Normal. White stuff is probably hatching debris, its in almost every hatched egg.
