My goodness I dont blame you!! The weather may be nice, but when it comes to taxes, traffic, overpopulation, and no one speaking english, Cali is the worst I believe. Not to mention our rental and real estate markets are through the roof right now. There is NOTHING available.

I know - we were paying 10 times as much in rent - for a DUMP of a house, with weird neighbors! I kept my blinds closed 24/7! I hated that... and I ALWAYS worried about my children in CA....
Now we're all happy as clams except for the COLD!!! Brrrrrrrrrrrrr

i like cali.
i lived in both minnesota and texas previously and in comparison this is paradise.
i would like to live in a more rural area though, so that we can have some more critters.
