My first ever chick hatched! On day 24

Not the best pics, but I took some of babies while I made mamma hen get off for a poop, drink and meal (she drank a lot and did a huuuge poop so I think she needed it lol).

Excuse the cheeky cat in the background lol. Thats as close as she got the whole time.
First bub hatched yesterday. Columbian Faverolles x Splash Silkie.

Last chick to hatch. Lavender Araucana (Australian standard looks more like an Ameracana) X Splash Silkie.

Second hatched. Blue Frizzle (Pekin/Cochin mix) X Splash Silkie. Really confused on the colour. Is it a dark blue?

Third hatched. Black Mystery mix hen X Splash Silkie. It has cute markings <3

Anyone got any clue on the black chick? Its mum is blue, dad is splash. It should be blue? Is it a really dark blue or a weird genetic anomaly to be black? It has a little white patch on its chest and its little wingtips are white.

The black chick is most likely black. Blue is a dilution of black, & splash is made by breeding two blues together.

According to the chart the chick should be blue, but you have clearly a black chick. So I don't think the chick inherited the blue genes.
