Second hatched. Blue Frizzle (Pekin/Cochin mix) X Splash Silkie. Really confused on the colour. Is it a dark blue?

Anyone got any clue on the black chick? Its mum is blue, dad is splash. It should be blue? Is it a really dark blue or a weird genetic anomaly to be black? It has a little white patch on its chest and its little wingtips are white.
The black chick is most likely black. Blue is a dilution of black, & splash is made by breeding two blues together.@MysteryChicken might have some ideas on your little black cuties.
