My FIRST ever...EE egg!

And man-O-man is it ever gorgeous!

She has been BAWKing all morning! The other hens even got in on the action to cheer her on

. I decided to leave her alone in case I was making her nervous. When things quieted down I sent my dd out to check for eggs

and you can imagine her DELIGHT at being the one to find the first blue egg!

Great looking egg, btw. My oldest one is 6 months and still no eggs from her

Congrats, sure is a pretty egg. I am excited now as i have a girl that looks just like her, she is about 17 weeks old now. How old is your girl?
