My FIRST ever...EE egg!

    And man-O-man is it ever gorgeous!




    She has been BAWKing all morning! The other hens even got in on the action to cheer her on [​IMG]. I decided to leave her alone in case I was making her nervous. When things quieted down I sent my dd out to check for eggs [​IMG] and you can imagine her DELIGHT at being the one to find the first blue egg!

    I would have thought she was a boy with that comb [​IMG] Great looking egg, btw. My oldest one is 6 months and still no eggs from her [​IMG]

    I'm so excited for you! I can't wait to get my first colored egg. My girls are almost four months old so I have a while to wait yet.

    It sure is a beautiful blue color.

    Congrats, sure is a pretty egg. I am excited now as i have a girl that looks just like her, she is about 17 weeks old now. How old is your girl?
