My first ever flock of Buffs

After finally talking my wife into letting me get chickens, my first batch of Buff Orpingtons arrived in the mail this week. They are doing great and are already growing like weeds!!

oh what a cute group. We have 3 buff chicks and they are all pretty sweet girls.

NICE... we only have one BO but she is just 8 weeks old so we'll be waiting until Sept for eggs.

I think when we add on to our flock they will be next. Aside from hopefully getting a few silkies too. Orps are such beautiful chickens.

My granny's fav breed is buffs so for her 75th bday we are getting her one along wither other fav breeds

Oh how fun. Buff Orpingtons are the best. Ours got grand champion at our fair.
