Just keep the humidity up and th temp, it should be good some of mine took overnight to zip/hatch and some hatch within 15-30 min, day 20-22 is good. Mine are all over a week now and doing great.

Congratulations on your babies! From the photo the chick doesn’t appear to be shrink wrapped. You can tell because the membrane will go a tan colour and look very dry and papery.

I don't think so. but keep an eye on it. the pip hole seems a little more open than normal and that might make it dry out faster.
