My First Flock of Chicks

Well I mostly finished the brooder, all but the lid. I have the chicks in it with an old door on top lol
I also finally got a red bulb for the heat lamp. It has calmed them down considerably.

Oh, I loved that picture of your little biddy asleep in his feeding dish! I chuckled so loud when I saw it!! Reminded me of years ago, when my cousin past out at the cornor, neighborhood bar!! But your birdy is SO much cuter!! Keep up the stories and pictures!.

With Thanksgiving tomorrow, I wont be posting for a little while.
I bought some millet sprays to see if they would like them for a treat, and even as skittish as they are they come running when they see them! They strip every spray down to just a stick lol
