My first frizzle

I picked these two up at TSC out of the bantam bin. I got them home and just a few days later the one started to curl feathers. I got a frizzle YAY. I have no idea what breed they are but they have feathered shanks. Any ideas? The other is pictured because their coloration is the same but one is normal and the other is frizzled. They are too stinking cute. I also have some bantam buff orpintons in the mix that I picked up from Cackle Hatchery.

They're probably Cochins, they're the most common frizzled breed and the only ones I've ever seen advertised from hatcheries or TSC.
They're colored very much like the "red" Cochins I ordered from Ideal one year (which weren't all that red, and had black markings-aka smut- in their wings). They're cute, I love frizzles, and Cochins!
