My first hatch ever

I wasn't expecting this to happen until tomorrow, but I have my first ever baby chick just hatch! How long do I keep him in the incubator? Do I waste for the others? What do I do?
I am so excited! My first baby on mother's day!

Congratulations! Just be patience would be my advice. With my last hatch of ducklings one almost came one day before the others too.
Do you see signs of external pipping in the others? Or do you hear them peep?

These are chickens, yes I do see other eggs moving and some have already started to break the egg shell.

The one in the incubator is the cheerleader he or she will be cheering them on and they will be all popping out like popcorn before you know it.
