My First hatch is 100%

Congrats RedHead, on the successful hatch! What type of incubator do you have? I bought one of the little dome incubators for my four-year-old to hatch some eggs with (if mine ever start laying). I plan to get a "real" incubator to use for my serious hatching, though. I'm looking at the Little Giant and the Hovabator. Just curious as to what everyone else is using. Again, congratulations!

yep, when I woke up this morning I had 2 fuzzy babies, 1 wet baby and one that popped out of the shell about 10 mins after I posted about it, so all 8 hatched

thank you! They're spoiled as all heck though, they act like they think they're parrots or something and they follow me around EVERYWHERE in the yard when I let them out of their run. I was thinking I might try to find some CM to try next, I got to looking at their eggs and they're just gorgeous, and the plumage is awesome too.

OK hubby got the say in the next breed, since the reds were my idea

so I'm trying to find him some barred rocks. And I just realized I have a mini-Peckerhead in the bunch of fuzzies! He looks EXACTLY like peckerhead did and he's a butterball too, bigger than the rest of the hatchlings. I'll try to get a good pic of him today.
