my first hatch this season

out of 18 eggs beltsville whites 14 hatched 12 look great 2 look weak! they hatched about 12 hrs early incubator must be a touch high! I will drop it 1/4% I have them in the green house with heat lamp, red one ,starting on 30% feed its so nice to the first poults of spring tom!

Congrats. I have a pip 2 days early so I think I am about 0.5 degrees high. Hope the little early bugger makes it.
