Just saw this late. Congratulations. I have a rescue arab, and while I think all my horses are smart, he is really a fast learner.

Someone summed it up well saying the smart ones are the best and the worst. No breaks can be a problem. Hope you find a good solution.

One of my TW's was a real hard case in other areas because of the way he was treated. Circumstances dictated the first month I had no saddle and could just love him and do ground work with him, no riding. Actually it was the best thing that could have happened for bonding, etc.

Haven't been on in a while so I didn't see this.

Good luck with You Arab. I've have bad experiences with them, My cousin had one and it tried to throw me off.

Hopefully you'll have better luck!

If I missed this already, I'm sorry, but is she registered? I love looking at different pedigrees and lines.
I have three Arabian mares now but I am trying really hard to pick up a really nice mare for sale in my area.
