The wait is definitely long just noticed two eggs have pipped now I'm really getting anxious.

First one hatched this morning but his bottom is stuck to half of the egg and I'm concerned because I'm working and can't assist if needed.

it should dry and come out by itself.

Thank you I just feel so helpless because I'm not there. Kinda a bummer I didn't get to see my first hatch thow.

well dont feel bummed because it is very addictive and there will be more. haha if its not out when you get home you will have to cut it. you will need sterilized scissors and some corn starch.if you dont have any , pick some up on your way home

I just got home too find three chicks in my bator they are dry and all fluffy. One has a weird growth looking thing on it's butt can anyone tell me what it is? Is it something I should worry about?

It looks like it's umbilical cord area- where they were connected to the yolk sack. It'll be OK I'm sure. Just give it a couple of days.
