crazy??? not really-I have been prepping for this for 4 months! whatever happens happens hahaha--still wish you could come:) have a great Sat night at ur party too...

ok folks the hours are getting counted down-I think I will do some today if my partners in crime will help-they have been traveling ALL night to get here today to set up.

Yesterday the rains finally stopped-after 5 straight days of downpours-my meaties...uh hmmm..."muddies" were so happy when I came doen with a fresh bail of dry hay. I spread it all out for them and they couldnt jump on it fast enough-plenty of food and water and they are heaven-or they will be shortly-hehe. down to 23 of them and they will be just shy of 8 weeks. I did have a growth problem and you remeber my feed store ran out of their regular food and I had to give all my birds layer pellets for the week:-( SO I did not see any growth at all with these guys:-( Yesterday though when I got my fresh feed-I couldnt rip open the bag fast enough to feed them..They went to town on the high protein crumbles-hope it helped add a tiny bit back into them??? We'll see if we butcher some today of course Ill have photos:)

for those of us following your thread from afar... i sure hope you take lots of pictures of your meaties and lots of pictures of your event so we can continue to live vicariously through you lol
