My first one has hatched, now what

I have 5 silkie eggs in the bator and one has hatched. No others have pipped or anything. Today is day 21! Do I leave it in there and wait on others or take it out and put it in brooder? Is there a chance others will still hatch.

You can wait up to 48 hours, the yolk they absorbed lasts them a few days. Leave the chick alone and give your other eggs a couple more days. Patience is key
