Yeah… wow I hope you get a high hatch rate.! had 8 of 24 dry, no turn hatch! Yay Eggtopsy showed
6 of 16 developed but aborted around day 12-14
The rest
10 of 16 were not fertile

Yes Pac ! These are the next Generation of Heaven bloodline… My Lady hens are pumping eggs out now the heat is on. More calcium etc…

I had thought hatching your own produced eggs was pretty much a given. Now I know better.

Sounds like they might have been doing an experimental hatch with different variables that may have reduced viability? No turn doesn't sound like a normal hatch attempt. Everything I've heard seems to indicate that it IS easier to hatch your own eggs (since there's no shipping trauma and you KNOW they're fresh), unless your flock is having fertility issues
