At long last I've hatched some silkies out of my birds. I could never seem to get any fertile eggs out of them before they would go broody on me. But here are my 3 beauties.

Very nice vaults! That darker one may end up being a blue instead of a splash, unless the parents were both splash.

So cute! I just got my first two silkies too, and I am in love. They have the best personalities too!

Oh Wow Marsha!!! Those such just beautiful babies!! They look like they are going to be really nice and fluffy with good crests too. Great Job!

Hey - if you keep hatching such pretty babies, how am I going to get you to buy some of the "THIRTY SILKIE BABIES" I have hatched for the swap on March 28th! I am not kidding either, I have hatched that many and I still have more eggs in the incubator! I sure hope everyone is in a 'silkie buying' mood that day. Heehee The colors I have are splash, blue, white and a couple of pet quality buffs.
