•Hi guys! I've always read other threads from backyardchickens, but never made an account until now.
•I have had chickens since the end of last year and they have brought such much joy around here! I'm 17 and decided to just jump into the hobby. I started off with 3 silkies.
•I now have 21 chickens and EVERY ONE of them has a name lol!
•I have 5 silkies, 2 leg horns, 3 BLRW, 2 olive eggers, 1 copper maran, 1 ameraucana, 2 Easter eggers, 5 Colombian wyandottes. (And my handsome turkey)
•Some of my other hobbies around this tiny farm of mine is raising Nigerian dwarf goats, beekeeping honey bees, and many different plants/succulents.
•Outside of the farm stuff I compete in tournaments as high school angler.
•I am a senior that lives at home with my parents and 2 other siblings. I have 2 dogs and a cat. I baby sit on the side to earn money for my wants and needs lol!
