My first time incubating and there's pipping!!

They were panting panting, not like getting a breath, but like they were hot. So I read some stuff on here that said that if they were dry and panting that they could die if left in, so we followed their instructions and grabbed the chicks out and sprayed the remaining eggs with hot water and shut it asap. I have one zipping now and seems to be doing fine, and the others seem much happier now in their brooder, they're in a pile sleeping

This is great! Mine go into lockdown this weekend yay your thread is so exciting. I love the play by plays! Congrats on those fuzzy babies.
