He (Copper) and Rebel (Cochin) and Krull (EE) are always in competition for the girls.
So for future reference when I try hatching eggs again, the feathered feet always carry through?

Yes. Feathered feet are dominant, so if one parent has feathered feet, then the chicks will have feathered feet as well.
