Im sorry, but these are my first ducks!!! mine started laying eggs at 6/7 months old.
I purchased her in March 07 at 3 months old and she started laying in July. She finally sat in August
and she would disappear into the woodshed, that is where I thought she was, but she had a nest inside an old aviary cage that was out the back next to a fence. Smart duck!!!she sat firm after 2 weeks of getting off and on. then they hatched 28 days later, she hatched 14 little beauties!
