My flock has diarrhea...!

I was working in the garden this weekend and had all the chickens out, so I was around them consistently all day. I noticed that several of the chickens had really REALLY loose, wet stool. It litterally sounded like a splash when they did it

... As it was multiple of my birds, I'm concerned there is something going on with my flock! I looked at the stool and didn't see any weird colors or worms or anything like that. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions for me?

Have you wormed them? They mights have worms and you may never actually see one. Most folks reccomend a regular worming schedule.
