I'm a new chicken mom. I have a flock of 8 girls. Last night I foudn some blood in their poo and very quickly realized that its coccidia. I live in Canada so there's no ove rthe counter amprohere. I ordered it on amazon. But this morning i found 2 of my girls dead and one is not looking like she'll make it either. What do I do?

You'll need a coccidiostat like Amprolium, Toltrazuril or you can use a Sulfa Antibiotic like SMZ-TMP.
It would be wise to call a vet to see if they can help you out if you have already lost a couple, they need to be treated.

Amoxicillin will not treat Coccidiosis.

Yes thats what i ordered. There are no over the counter corid in Canada. So i had to get coxoid from amazon. I'll follow the directions on the bottle. Is it effective?
Yes, it's effective and the same active ingredient in Corid which is Amprolium.

Harker's label is correct for dosing of birds.

In the U.S. we use "Corid" off label and the package dosing is for cattle, so dosing is different for poultry.

Okay. And how many days should I administer the medication? Also I really appreciate your help. I was a mess all day

The instructions will be on your label or you can go the manufacturer's website.
Give for 7 days, 1oz per gallon of water. Don't add any extra vitamins/supplements to the water or feed that contain B1(Thiamine) during the course of treatment.

When you have time, get some photos of your chicks (love chick photos!!) and of the poop too.

I'm very sorry that you lost 2, hopefully the one that is not well will be able to make it until you get the meds.
Please keep us posted on how they are doing.
