My girls seem to be settling nicely,, I was informed from the breeder they were 19/21 weeks old, and they have already started laying,, and we have only had them home 2 days, is this normal ?
 
Generally chickens don't like to be moved and can stop laying for a couple weeks after bringing them home. These eggs may have already been in the pipes already. So they may continue laying or stop for a while.

18 to 26 weeks is pretty common for them to start laying, depending on the breed.
