My boers are not registerd anyways neither is he. I may just sell him. I have not decided yet. Faults don't hurt the meat by the way.

I have not tried it but lots of people around here eat goat meat.

His feet do need to be trimmed though and his front legs need to be washed.

He stinks pretty bad already

He appears to really love the camera. What a cutie. We have two buck nubian/boer crosses and they also stink more at certain times of the year, but they have no doe.... Poor Bert and Ernie.

I have thought of getting some milking goats but my hubby says no

I have my hands pretty full with my chickens and my garden, I have great plans for a hoop house, dreams that is I agree I would get him checked out just to be safe there are so many diseases that they can carry and you just want to be safe. you have to just love that cute litte face dont ya. Fee is a very good price :O

Haha that pic behind the tree he was stuck and I did not know it till after I took the pic. His horns were all tangled in it within 5 min of being back home.

He is in quarantine now. I already got my goats I got at the beginning of May in decent shape. He won't be around them till I know he is vaccinated and not showing ill signs. Probably min of 30 days. Him and the buck I think can sniff noses but that is about it. They won't share food, water, or living quarters. My does are on the other side of the back yard.

He is such a champ he jumped right in the back of the horse trailer for the night when I told him to get in there. That is so nice

Have you wormed him? First thing I thought when I seen the pics is he looks a bit wormy.

He is a handsome boy though, I am sure he will love the ladies when ever he gets to officially meet them.

Don't bother washing his front legs if he is still in rut....he will just pee on them the minute you are done (or during for that matter). I learned my lesson the hard way with that one, lol.
