My free rare chick has 7 toes per foot!!!!

Ok, now I swear I am not crazy. My free rare chick started out yellow with some dark areas on the back with the softest fuzz, nothing like any of my other 9 breeds. It has fur on the feet, like my brahmas, but yesterday my DH pointed out that the rare chick has 7,

yes 7 toes on each foot. It is 9 weeks old, and I cannot beleive that I have not noticed this sooner (hard to notice with 74 others running around). Is this a genetic defect or a trait of a certain breed???? Chick is now dark with areas of gold, sort of similar to my golden wyndotte, but yet different. Will post pictures later if anyone is interested. Thanks.

I think silkies have 5 toes, and their fuzzy.

I will post pictures tommorrow. Forgot to bring my camera to work. It is definately not a silkie. I have the poor chick seperated from the rest of the group because it seems to be picked on.
