My friend is having account problems..

My close friend, Eliza joined a couple weeks ago. Her username was Eliza5 when she joined but she PMed terrielacy to change her username to SunnySkyFarm. She told me when she wanted to log on she typed in "Eliza5" and then her password. But then realizing her username might of been changed already she signed in as "SunnySkyFarm". She can't get on. Can someone help her? Eliza says "Thanks!"
