That is a black capped chickadee in the picture with the car. I have tons of them here. Really sweet little birds fun to watch.

They showed up about 3 years ago. Stop by every spring and then disappear until the next year. I guess I am on their migration route or something.

My lawn is well watered, I have lots of flower beds, and now a pond with water features. The are liking the upgrade...I saw them drinking out of the top bowl with the flowers in it

Hi, yeah... I should have said "young female" Scotts Oriole. The NGS Field Guide shows the head getting progressively darker as the bird matures.

No way the one is a goldfinch! That was orange, it is some sort of oriole.
