I've been to a free range egg farm where they had roosters so you may have brought eggs from one that does have roosters. Good luck I'm very interested because store eggs are refrigerated so that usually isnt good for incubating.

I candled today (day two) and at least 10 had a dark spot in the middle; looks like they are growing!!!! Tomorrow is day three, but I think I will wait to day five to candle again

My Friend incubated eggs from Trader Joes and all dozen hatched.
she had no idea they would hatch and did it on a dare.

Curiosity got the best of me .... I candled (day three) AND ELEVEN OUT OF TWELVE HAVE VEINS. I'll continue to update daily. This is so exciting!!
