My geese are loosing their big feathers!

Just checking with other owners of African geese. My pair are loosing their big wing feathers! New ones seem to be growing out. Temps in the 90 most days. Are they just moulting? Or should I be looking for other reasons? Maybe getting ready for looking their best for mating? Thank you for any insights!

Yep, molting. My American Buff looked ridiculous for a couple of weeks but they look good now. My yard and the poultry pen, not so much...lol It looks like I stuffed a few feather pillows through a leaf chipper...

Beautiful geese.
I don't think I'd worry too much most likely just molting. My yard looks like one of my geese exploded right now, its riddled with so many feathers.
