My geese on a very cold morning..

Well in the winter their ancestors the greylags go to southern europe, so it´s still cold but not as cold as some of you guys are getting!
In the summer greylags go to Iceland and across the north of Europe (some greylags get right across to Asia), so it can get quite warm there, too.  My geese prefer to stay in the shade when it gets into the 30sCentigrade (90sF)  It seems they don´t like extremes......and they´re not alone!  

no theyre certainly not. i live frther down south than some of you, but its still pretty cold. they seem to enjoy temperatures at about 40 degrees Fahrenheit!
