After a number of emails back and forth, I finally convinced them that they'd sent the wrong cord. It was to have been my hatcher, but took 3 weeks, so I had to improvise. My fault for not having "the bird in hand."
Because I was having to turn newer eggs, while the others settled for a hatch, I was in the bator 3 or more times a day. Still, I ended up with 12 of 14 eggs hatching (3 very slow, needed help). And, despite high humidity for those that were hatching, the other eggs are still quite lively, air cells look good, and today, half of them have pipped so far.
