My girl don’t look good

My girl don’t look good.. The back of her head looks tore of from rooster. Should I remove him ? And her face looks crusty does this look like something wrong with her of food ? I really can’t tell

I would bring separate the hen and try and get her back up to a healthy chicken.

As for the roo put him in "rooster jail" for a few days. You can use something like a dog kennel and feed and water him separately.

I would separate the rooster for now. I have used BluKote spray on bare skin to hide the red, so the others don’t peck it. Buy it on Chewy or from Tractor Supply.How many hens do you have and is he the only rooster? Is the yellow crust on her face from eye drainage, nasal drainage, or feed?
