My girl Precious is sick! HELP! photos attached

thank you so much for your concern! you have no idea how much I appreciate it! It makes me feel that there are people out there who care about other folks girls besides their own! Actually, she seems much better! I still have her in the house and gave her the yogurt with the vitamins, chopped up red grapes with three drops polyvisol which she gobbled right down, a scrambled egg and I put some chick starter over all and she is CHOWING down! Her poops look good (for poop). She's not really drinking water on her own but I think she got plenty of hydration from the grapes and I am dribbling water along her beak which she seems to like me doing that. For the first time in two days, I feel really hopeful and optimistic that she will make it!

I am pretty new to the chicken thing, but I have consulted my Chicken Health Handbook, and here are a few thoughts from what I saw:

-mites. . . It says that they can kill a sitting hen, because they will attack day and night. It says in a severe infestation, they will infest the roof of the mouth, causing severe anemia. You should check her for a mite infestation and treat accordingly if she has one.

- Marek's Disease, the Ocular (eye form) would be my best guess. The book says the characteristics for the Ocular form of the disease are graying, shrunken iris; irregular-shaped pupil; emaciation; diarrhea; blindness and death . . . though it says the peak age for this is 2-7 months, and I don't know the age of your chicken. This is a common disease

- Lymphoid Leukosis, mentions loose green droppings and says it is similar to Marek's, but affects older birds, 6 months + in age. Says it is a common disease.

This was all I could find with some of the info you provided. I wish you luck and hope your chicken survives. It is really painful to lose one of your best girls!

you are already on the road to recovery. as long as she gets the vitamins and has an appetite she will pull through. Probably she got drained of the vitamins she needed (resulting in wry neck) when she was being broody in the nest. Once she is better keep up the extra vitamins for another week and then when ever she goes broody or seems to not be eating much in the future do a pre-emptive stike with the selenium and vitamin e again. she may just be proned to it but you are doing everything right and I do think she will be fine.

I checked for mites really thoroughly and didn't see any, she is about a year and a half and doesn't have any of the symptoms you listed. I think it is that wry neck. thanks so much for all the research! I appreciate it!
