Is there any thing I can give my girls to help them along with laying?

No, the age at which they lay is a matter of hormonal maturity. They will lay when their bodies are ready and not before.

These two haven't started to lay. They sit in the nest but know eggs yet. On the other hand Betty been laying for a month now. Will the other two be laying soon.
