My girls have stopped laying!

That could do it! I wouldn't be surprised if that same predator may be coming back at night, looking for another free meal. It may be scratching at the door, and still shaking the birds up. These traumas may put the birds off laying for a few weeks, but if all remains calm, they should start up again soon.

Yeah, my girls are back to laying once again!! It took about 3 weeks, but since we have been on Christmas break they started laying again. They must have experienced a really good scare!
