The two chickens without skin on their back should be put down asap. They're in extreme pain.
Look up the broomstick method to do it humanely.

The chicken missing it's tail looks like it was only the feathers yanked out, it should recover with some antimicrobial ointment and protection from flies.

Agreed.

It's a hard choice but it is in the birds best interest.

Argh, why would the dog be unsupervised with your girls? Now the dog will always go after chickens. Those poor girls 😭
Because this is a normal thing and we want them to learn that they have just much right as they do

It's natural for predators like dogs to catch and eat prey animals like chickens. To enforce a different dynamic, a human has to be present and in charge of the dog, either with a leash or firmly trained verbal commands in a dog at least 6 or so months old.
Otherwise, a fence needs to be between prey and predator.

But you've had a very hard day, I'm sure you don't want to think about this right now. Just think about it soon, so you can protect your remaining or future birds.
ALL of us, at some point, have made mistakes that resulted in the death of birds. It hurts extra. I remember my mistakes, and have learned a lot from them. I hope your two sweet chickens have been humanely put to sleep and that your heart will heal in time <3

I feel so sorry for your girls. At least bring them into your garage, or somewhere similar, until you decide what you’re going to do.
