So, I've been in this chicken adventure now for a couple of months. I adopted a mixed flock of chickens and waterfowl. Their previous home was cramped and needless to say, many of the ladies (and a few of the men) showed up missing quite a few feathers.
This little lady (one of the smallest) was practically naked. I dubbed her Godiva. Over the past few weeks of good food and way more room to wander, she's finally starting to sprout new feathers...although we may have to change her name to Porcupine or maybe Scrub Brush!...
