my goose is sick I need some help

Ok she got back to me on her private cell 11ml every 12 hours plus diflucan 2 hrs later 100000iu oral suspension is all the bottle says it's in a generic red bottle

What would you suggest for a feeding schedule and how much at a time I gave 30ml this morning I'm mad I waited this long to syringe feed he already is more alert after so little

Just gave another 30ml gonna wait 30 min then another 30ml is 60 ml enough injecting slowly I go for right side about 3 inches in haven't had a problem yet

My 10 pound Muscovy drake gets 120ml twice a day, but until you get the hang of it, try 60 or 90 ml no less than twice a day. Always check the crop before feeding and do not tube more if the crop has not mostly cleared.

Ok I talked to the vet only appointment I can get is 26th estimate is 210 for another xray blood test and poop test also she's figuring out a diet too she said to continue feeding what I've been feeding him he has dark green smelly poop I'm thinking he has another infection she's so busy it's hard to get a hold of her so what would you do he dose have way more energy since force feed and he's pooping more now that he's getting something in him

I.e smelly poop dark to me means bacteria infection what do you think I'll post pics of everything later i.e poop what I'm feeding and him

Ok he responded to the baytril i.e no more smelly poop and syringe feeding gave him a new lease on life I'm trying to get more baytril but it's like pulling teeth what other kind of antibiotic can i use? That will have same effect really need help on this one anybody

Ok seen vet today gave short course of antibiotic he is much better after force feeding and antibiotic he gained .3lbs is yeast truly this hard to get rid of

She's contacting a specialist so hopefully we come to a conclusion I'm leaning on diflucan/nystatin combo vet thinks it's a good idea with probiotic the whole time dose this sound good?

Ok so chuck all the diflucan nystatin I got him better giving him durvet layer booster with live microorganisms worked like a charm he is now 100 percent better he ate like 3lbs of dandelion leaves also but hey it worked I also tube fed for a week he's literally emptying his bowl and has energy through the roof praise the freaking lord........yay
