my goose is sick

I saw this swelling at the bottom of the beak and I gave him an antibiotic, but I did not notice an improvement in his condition. Are there any solutions?

What does it feel like? I see a small bump, but it doesn't look like anything I would worry about currently. Could be a small injury, or even an abscess.

It’s when the lower mandible becomes full of food waste and grit.
