back in april, on easter sunday actually, I met with a local first grade teacher who bought 2 dozen of my duck eggs from me..I've kept in contact, and last weekend, they hatched!

I think she said between the two teachers(one got 12, the other got the other 12), they had 18 or 19 hatch. this morning, she sent pics of some of them!!

here are some, they're a week old already!

the little crested pekin already looks to have a fairly good crest, not like his daddy, Big Lenny.,

they got abunch of blue babies, like Templeton.

but there they are!, my grand duckies, I'm so proud of them! *beams*

the teachers want to let them go next weekend I think she said,

I may be bringing a few home, she's got black ones with yellow chests I wanna see, if the two I've got hatching don't turn out black and yellow, like the two dead babies in the quiter eggs were.

yesterday I sold another dozen to another lady, I'm hoping they do just as good for her!.
