My green egg hatched!!!

Well, I have a chick that hatched from a green egg. When that chick grows up, will it lay green eggs??

Maybe. It depends on the rooster's genetics.

The chick also has to be a girl to lay green eggs....

There is at least a 50% chance that it will, if it's a girl.

Do you know exactly what the mom and dad were? Can you tell if it has a pea comb?
