Still in its undercoat awaiting the final painting - but here is my coop that we made mainly from free recycled materials.
As you can see there is an opening window. At the back are a pair of doors for egg collection and cleaning. There are 2 lower nesting boxes, 2 small basket nests on level 2 and a basket nest on the higest level at the back. All levels dismantle for cleaning and so you can get in to clean.
We only put it in place last night just before dusk - but the chickens preferred to go to their old cramped coop at bedtime!
Perhaps after a day to have a good look they may decide to move in!
