Has she been molting and had an interval of not laying? Floppy combs are often an indication of low hormone levels. If it isn't caused by an illness, usually cancer in the reproductive system, the comb will plump up, redden and stand at attention once her hormones are triggered by longer days.

Some combs warp all the time. A silvergray Dorkington hen in the first flock of mine had a floppy one. If she is not of full age yet, it may be her final form. Some breeds, notoriously have combs that MUST flop if they are to be real.

Oh. She did stop laying, but is not molting.

Is her left eye or face around her eye swollen? It looks that way in the pic, so look into the eye for any bubbles or drainage, which can be a sign of a respiratory disease. Make sure that she is drinking plenty of water in case she is dehydrated.

I will look tomorrow. I hadn’t noticed, but she might not be drinking enough. I will make sure an encourage her to drink more.

She looks fine and all is well since I separate them quite a bit. I bought Blu Cote.
