My hen and her newborns keep scratching themselves!

do they have some sort of lice? should i spray them with something? please help!!

They could. When mine do that, I clean and treat their coops.

Yes, I would definitely treat them with something. Make sure that you don't get it in their faces. Oh and retreat to get the hatching eggs.
