My hen appears to have some issue. Please help!

Today i noticed some spots on my hens comb as well as her eyes looking more black than usual. I couldn't see any white around her eye. l She also had some liquid coming out of her nose (about one drop). I have no idea wheat is happening or if she is even sick. Please help! The photos i attached are from today. Also, she is a 7 month old Ameraucana hen.

Her eyes look fine to me, and she appears to be in good health. Spots on comb may be peck marks. Keep an eye on them just in case it develops to be fowl pox - I don't think it is.
